At Eaglador, we want you to feel completely confident when purchasing our kitchenware. We stand behind the quality, craftsmanship, and performance of every piece we create.

Return Window

We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund (minus return shipping costs), provided the item meets our return conditions.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in its original, resellable condition with only light use.
  • All original packaging and accessories must be included.
  • Normal patina development from cooking is expected and accepted.

Our Promise on Materials

Every Eaglador piece is crafted from pure, uncoated Kansa bronze and is 100% PFAS-free with no chemical coatings or forever chemicals ever applied. We are confident in the safety and quality of our cookware.

Return Process

 

  1. Email us at info@eaglador.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will provide return instructions and guidance.
  3. Ship the item back to us in secure, well-protected packaging.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Return Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.

Refunds

  • Full refund of the product price (minus return shipping) will be issued upon approval.
  • Your refund will be processed and a credit automatically applied to your original payment method. Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or engraved pieces (if applicable)
  • Items that have been heavily used, scratched, or damaged due to misuse
